Closure

I'm sorry to report this news, but the police had ID'd Steve's body.

He was found in Michigan in the river and they don't suspect any foul play. Myself and all his family and friends are understandably upset with the news, but at least we have some answers now.

Thank you all for the continuing support,
Aggie

A sad Anniversary

Hello all,

Unfortunately, today marks a year since anyone has seen Steve. We still have no information or news. All his friends and family miss him terribly and this is a very difficult time for us.

I have been trying to get some media attention on his case given the one year anniversary, but I've had very little luck. If anyone has any ideas or contacts in the media, please let me know. A local paper did a follow up story on Steve: http://www.mississauganews.com/article/22959

Thank you all for your continued support,
God bless,
Aggie

Happy Birthday Steve

Hello all,

Unfortunately we still don't have any news.

However, today is Steve's birthday (I won't tell you how old, in case he comes home he'll kill me =)Although I can't see or talk to him, I still hope he has a great birthday wherever he is, it's possible that he's just hiding from the horrible birthday dinners I make every year whenever I'm "experimenting" with a new recipe I'm sure he'll love.

Well all miss him and love dearly,
Thank you for your support, positive thoughts and prayers.

God bless,Aggie

Hello Everyone,
I want to once again thank everyone for their continuing support. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything new, nothing from the police or the media and no sightings or anything.
Mine and Steve's anniversary was April 12, I'm sure you can all understand why I didn't mention it at the time. However, realizing that I should be celebrating 4 years with the man I love rather than launching a manhunt has really hit me. I know Mother's Day wasn't easy for his family, or my parents who love him like a son. Every day just makes this more difficult...
All I can ask is for everyone to keep an eye out and spread the word about this blog, the Facebook group, the GTA's Most Wanted Video and Steve's case in general.
I thank everyone who hasn't given up hope. I still pray everyday that he will come home to us safe and sound and as soon as possible.
Please keep up the positive thoughts and prayers and I look forward to posting some good news here very soon,
Thanks
Aggie

Hello all,

Please view past postings and/or this video to get an idea of Steve's case: http://www.rogerstelevision.com/option.asp?lid=121&rid=51&sid=2520&mid=8&gid=23404

First of all, I want to thank everyone for their support, thoughts and prayers. Please know that I do check this site regularly and read all comments.

There has not been any new media converage in a while. It's a common problem that normal, middle-aged men are not prominently featured as missing persons. Next time you hear a news alert or story about a missing person, listen closely; they will be at least one of the following: 1) very old or young, 2) female 3) ill or requiring medication or 4) considered a danger to themselves or others. Unfortunately, the fact that Steve is a normal, healthy guy does not make his story "newsworthy" enough.

The best we can hope for is that we get a sighting and that will bring his story to everyone's attention again. Unfortunately, the fact that he's still missing is not news. The best thing anyone can do right now is encourage everyone to look at his pictures and report any possible sightings. Please spread the information about this site and the Facebook group as far and wide as possible.

If you need anymore information, please do not hesitate to contact me (I get email notices of all comments made on my postings).

Thank you,
Aggie

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, we still don't have any news. I've been trying to get Steve's story out to various websites and other facebook groups. The police are re-interviewing some of Steve's family and friends hoping to get some more clues as to what may have happened.

Thank you for all your positive thoughts and prayers,

Aggie
